People like Rupaul, Tyra Banks, Beyonce, Cher and many more all wear lace front wigs in film, tv, and everyday. If you want to look different or if you just want a different hair color or hairline a lace front wig is the way to go.
MY BACKROUND
I have been in Makeup Artistry and the Hair Industry for over 12 years. I am also a graduate of Paul Mitchell Comsetology Career Center in Dallas, TX and Licensed Cosmetologist and Cosmetology Instructor in Texas. I trained with Judy Disbrow of Theatrical Hair Goods in San Francisco, CA were I learned the art of wigmaking.
Since then I have worked with several great companies including Steve Silver's "Beach Blanket Babylon" where I was the Wigmaster, San Francisco Opera and Ballet, Old Globe Theater in San Diego, Kentucky Opera, just to name a few.
Through my experience working within the theater is where I developed my skills as a wigmaker and designer. As a wigmaker I have also become proficient in current and period hairstyling.
I have worked as a free lace makeup artist in most areas of the business including glamour, high fashion, camoflauge, theatrical character, fantasy, drag, and body work.
MY PHILOSOPHY
I Make a good product that is equal or better quality that you can get from any of my collegues in the business. If a client either buys 1 or 100 wigs they are just as important. I want the client to appreciate the value of their wig and know that I will do my best to ensure they have the knowledge on how to use it to the best of its ablities.
